The transportation services regulations of Keelung train station
1. Operation time:
(1) According to the timetable of trains to supply relative transportation services.
(2) The time period for buying seats reservation tickets in advance at the ticketing windows is from 07:30 A.M. to 09:00 P.M. everyday.
(3) The reservation seats tickets ordered by telephone voice system or computer can be taken out at ticketing windows during the time period from 07:30 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. everyday.
2. Service contents:
(1) trains classification: A. Tzu-Chiang Express B. Chu-Kuang Express C. Fu-Hsing Express & EMU commuter train
(2) Leaving or arrival time:According to the timetable for each train.
(3) Compensation rules
A. Air conditioning fees
If the air conditioning in a train is not functioning,the passengers ,upon arrival at destination, should request for a refund according to the "20% refund for passengers in trains with malfunctioning air conditioning."
B. Tickets with same numbers
If a passenger discovers that, upon boarding, another passenger has a ticket with the same seat number, and there were no other seats available, after confirmation from the train master, the passenger should request for a 20% refund.
C. Compensation for train delay
If the trains delay over 80 minutes due to the responsibility of TRA(i.e. Taiwan Railways Administration), the passengers can declare for returning the full fee at the destination station or other station during the trip.
(4) Searching service
Passengers lose baggage can ask the guiders or severs on duty for searching.
(5) Medical supply
Passengers hurt by accident in train or at station can ask for the help of severs on duty.
