The Service White Book - Taoyuan Station

Safety - In order to provide a safe environment, we have completed SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) for operators and full training courses for all employees.

On time - We keep in touch with Centralized Traffic Control Center closely to get/report the status of each train. The passengers can check the information via the “Train Information Display System”.

Service - Our service facilities include information center, baggage service room, ticketing room, automatic tickets vending machine, train information display system etc. The passengers can get the latest information quickly and easily.

Automatic Ticketing:
You can reserve tickets via internet or voice ticketing system at home. Our station also provides the ATVM (Automatic Tickets Vending Machine) for passengers to buy the tickets by themselves.

Service for Disabled Passengers:
We provide special service for the disabled passengers. Usually, our staff can be arranged to meet you at your departure station and help you to get on the train safely. Similar service is also available at your destination station or wherever you need to change trains. For example, ramps are provided for the users of wheelchairs. Besides, a service bell is installed around the ticket window 5. Our staff will give you the necessary assistance whenever you press the “help button”.

Improve Interaction Channel:
Passengers can contact us through the suggestion box, information center or Station Master’s mail box (tr106@ms1.tra.gov.tw). Furthermore, the passengers can access the complete information of TRA (Taiwan Railways Administration) via internet by using the KIOSK in the waiting hall.

Correct & Prompt Information:
Passengers can receive the latest information via “Train Information Display System” easily and quickly.
