Instructions for Using the Computer Voice Ticket Reservation System

》To become familiar with this system, please read the following instructions carefully. 》To plan for a train ride, please refrer to the Train Schedules, which will help you to fill in the number of the train, the date, the departure and arrival stations in the voice ticket reservation form, which will save your time once you activate the Voice System. 》If you do not understand the procedure, you can use the fourth function which provides instructions. 》After having made a reservation successfully, please remember the reservation code, so that the ticket sales section may serve you with efficiency. Please complete the purchase of the ticket within the time set by the system. Thank you for your cooperation. 》The system is open for service from 6 am to 9 pm. 》Ticket sales booths are open from 7:30 am to 10 pm. Passengers must bring their I.D. cards and the computer reservation codes to obtain their tickets. 》The system will only accept reservations make 1 to 14(/15/16) days before departure, for example, if you want to take the train on July 15, you must make the reservation some time between July 1 and July 14. (You may make a reservation on Monday for departures anytime between this Tuesday and the Monday two weeks later. However, on Friday(/Saturday), you may make a reservation for departures anytime between this Saturday(/next Sunday) and the weekend two weeks later.) 》The ticket-taking due date is usually 3 days (containing the day you make reservations) later after you make an order of tickets, but if you make the order within 3 days before the departure day, your ticket-taking due date is the day before departure. For example, if you have reserved a ticket for July 16 on July 3, you must buy the ticket before 10pm on July 5. Another example, if you have reserved a ticket for July 16 on July 14, you must buy the ticket before 10pm on July 15. 》 If you would like to cancel a reservation, please use the cancellation function in the system. If you have made a reservation without buying the ticket 5 times, you will not be allowed to use the system for 3 months.
