》Reminders are posted on the ticket purchasing booths that read, “Please be courteous and allow the elderly and disabled to purchase tickets first.”
》Each of the passenger cars with assigned seating are equipped with seating exclusively for wheelchair passengers. The unassigned passenger cars are equipped with 2 “charity seats” exclusive passenger seats.
》Each of the stations along with passenger cars is equipped with disabled persons restroom, hand support bars inside, wash basin and such for the disabled.
》Many of the grand stations provide brail guide tablets in the waiting rooms along with train access tunnels giving direction to the blind specifying entrances and exits.
》The TRA also provides direction freezes the blind can touch guiding them around the station along with special public phones, vehicle parking for the disabled.
》If there are any services needed that are not currently provided, please contact the station by phone or upon arrival to the station. Ask for assistance by ringing the service bell and one of our personnel would be more than obliged to provide any needed services.
