1.Ticket Windows No. 1 to No. 6 sell tickets (including pre-sale of tickets 6 days in advance)
of all the trains for northbound and southbound destinations.
2.Ticket Window No. 1 offers services in ticket purchases and refunds, processing of applications
for group tickets, season tickets and passes, weekly passes throughout Taiwan.
It is also the window serving the physically and psychologically challenged.
3.Ticket Window No. 5 also sells tickets of Alishan Mountain Line on behalf of Forest Bureau.
4.All windows are equipped with credit card terminal systems and accept credit card payments.
5.All windows sell value-storage cars of NT$500 and NT$1,000 (10% discount) and provide other services.
6.Ticket windows at the back sell tickets (including pre-sale of tickets 6 days in advance)
